We had a lovely swim in the pool, which our room faced. The rooms were nice, with big showers, and the restaurant was a pleasant place to eat. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the staff were all kind and helpful. Only one person spoke English, but they helped us out. It's a perfect place to stay when visiting the Park National. We'll be back. Love, love❤️ it.

The location beside the national park is wonderful, and the landscaping is beautiful. The staff are kind, too. The rooms feel worn and need an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. Our shower door wouldn't close properly. The pool looks great, but it isn't heated.

Being right beside a beautiful national park was a big plus, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself felt pretty and comfortable, although the beds were a little hard. There's no air conditioning, but the cool weather kept the room comfortable. A fan would've been useful. We also ate at the restaurant, where the avocado yogurt was especially tasty.

We haven't stayed overnight yet, but visited the hotel and its grounds and facilities while at the nearby national park. The pool areas and landscaped gardens are stunning, and the interior has a high-quality, classic colonial style. We'd like to come back for 5-6 days to enjoy the property, the lovely park with its waterfalls and paths, and the quaint city.
