It wasn’t the most luxurious place we stayed during our 14-day Mexico trip, but it was easily the most charming. The hotel was very clean, with thoughtful little touches that made a difference. The shared spaces were lovely and the atmosphere had real character. Staff were incredibly hospitable and honestly helpful, recommending some great places to eat that we really enjoyed. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

The shared kitchen came in handy for leftovers and keeping our own beer. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. It was just right for the few nights we were in town, with a comfortable, quiet room. The bed and pillows were rather hard, though. We’d recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay, and the hotel was even better than the photos. Luis welcomed us warmly, and he and the team gave us great tips about cenotes and helped us rent a scooter. Kia, the cutest dog, made it even more special. Highly recommend!

We loved lounging by the pool and in the lounge, and having a kitchen to use was a nice bonus. The property is so well designed for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the center. We could barely pull ourselves away to go sightseeing. Julio helped arrange a private taxi tour to some quieter cenotes, which was fabulous. This was one of the best places we stayed during the three months we spent in Mexico. Julio,Brenda and their staff have found a great formula for a top-class stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved it here.
