The hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless every time, thanks to excellent cleaning. The restaurant offered fresh, high-quality food at fair prices, and breakfast was the best we had on our trip through Mexico. Everything was homemade, even the bread. From the start, reception staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. They suggested several activities and arranged a private taxi for the whole day, which made everything comfortable and stress-free.

The setting was wonderful, with pools, terraces, and so many plants. The bar and breakfast were great too. This was by far the best hotel of our month-long trip. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. From the welcome drink to packing us a lunch for an early day trip, they did everything they could for us. Thank you SO MUCH!

The location is walkable to the town center, and the staff were really friendly. They helped us book travel to nearby cenotes. We stayed for 2 nights, had nice food, and breakfast was included. Great hotel!

We had a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable, with a good bed, nice bathroom, and effective AC. The property itself is gorgeous, and there’s a lovely restaurant, a bar, and spots to sit with a drink or read. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend.

The free breakfast was incredible, and the staff were so lovely. The rooms were nice, too. There are lots of beautiful places to relax, including two pools, two terraces, a bar, and a restaurant. Can’t recommend it enough.
