We stayed here in February 2025. Parking felt secure, and the staff let us leave our things in the morning so we could go see Ek Balam (go see it!) and check in on time afterward. There aren’t many rooms, but each one is fairly spacious. It looked like they might add more later, though I’m not sure. Some places are a bit farther on foot than they would be from other hotels, but the walks were manageable. We felt safe coming back around 9-10 p.m. after dinner and watching the light projection on the church downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The garden and pool feel peaceful and tucked away from the town, thanks to the layout. We slept well in a great bed, housekeeping was attentive, and check-in and checkout were easy. We had a car, but could also walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking was good too. Such a cute place.

The pool area was calm, and the staff were pretty kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed, though the design felt a little boring. Getting into the hotel was a bit tricky, but they’d told us about that before we arrived. Breakfast was OK, nothing special.

We found a couple of recent poor reviews that look like fake competitor posts, so we’d suggest ignoring them. This place was an oasis of calm, with perfect rooms, a lovely sit-out area by two pools, and amazing staff. The location is great, and there’s a taxi rank 50 yards down the road, so getting anywhere is easy. Breakfast was included and lovely. 1000% recommend, stay!

The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great. Our room was spacious, with a nice sitting area on the front porch.
