The room was a little smaller than we expected, but the outstanding service made up for that. My wife and I spent seven nights here, and the staff were friendly and quick to handle extra requests. We enjoyed breakfast and several meals at the terrace restaurant. There was so much to see nearby that even after a week we hadn't seen it all. The location is outstanding for a first visit to the city. Thanks to Santiago, Karen, and the rest of the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

We'd happily come back to Hotel Dama. The rooftop restaurant and bar had really good food and drinks, and a relaxed feel. In Condesa, it's leafy, safe, full of character, and still central for getting around the city. The hotel is lovely, stylish, calm, and very comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming the whole time, and glad to help with recommendations, bookings, or whatever we needed.

We stayed with our family for five days and will definitely return. Condesa is a lovely neighborhood, with parks and plenty of good restaurants nearby, and it's easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, with fresh fruit, baked goods, a special green fruit drink, omelet or oats left overnight with coconut milk and seeds, and lots of other choices. Coffee was always available with unlimited refills. We arrived at midnight and a very friendly gentleman took our luggage to the room. The service stayed excellent and friendly, and the staff were very helpful booking tours since we don't speak Spanish. Thank you.

Maria and her team were so kind, and breakfast on the roof each day was a highlight. We'd even stop by the terrace for coffee during the day between exploring. The hotel is close to Chapultepec, Avenue de Reforma, and the shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants in Condessa and Roma Norte. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend it for a Mexico City trip. Muchas gracias por todo!

We had a great stay at Hotel Dama and would recommend it to couples, solo travelers, or small adult groups. It's a small boutique hotel with 17 rooms in La Condesa, a quiet neighborhood. We barely crossed paths with other guests. The location made it easy to explore La Condesa, Roma Norte, and Chapultepec. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and our room was cleaned each afternoon with fresh water bottles every day. The room and bathroom were on the small side, so we had to get creative with our luggage and clothes, but managed. The shower was huge and fantastic, with long-lasting warm water and strong pressure. There were no shower hooks or bathroom fan. The rooftop terrace was great; we had the included breakfast there one day, though not many guests seemed to use it, perhaps because it was chilly. My wife and I were there for a weekend, our first time in Mexico City.
