Krystal Urban Aeropuerto Cd de Mexico

The view was awful, straight onto a grimy parking lot. The hotel itself felt grubby too, with stained carpet and a moldy smell in the lobby. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, and the blankets were surprisingly heavy. They also missed my wake-up call. I’m meant to stay here again in April, but I’m going to book somewhere else.

We were a group of nine, four adults and five kids, staying for one night, and it went smoothly. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were friendly too. I hadn’t realized the shuttle needed to be booked 24 hours ahead, but they arranged it right away, picked us up in about 20 minutes, and took us back the next morning. It was all included. A simple, pleasant stay.

I was visiting from another country and didn’t know the area, so the front desk staff helped me arrange complicated transport several times. They were phenomenal, efficient, and went well beyond what I expected. I loved the vibe here. The 24-hour restaurant came in handy more than once after I’d been out all day. Terrific experience!

The room was huge and the staff were nice. Close to the airport, with a supermarket nearby. The area is problematic.
