The shower was cold, the breakfast was very basic, and there was a strange smell in the rooms. Such a disappointment for the price. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We were there for work and got some of the oldest rooms, with no electricity and a clogged shower. We had asked for double rooms but got a king bed and a cot instead. The owner was very rude. She expected us to arrive whenever she wanted, and if we didn't, she got angry and left the room problems unresolved. She blamed guests for the hotel's lack of maintenance.

The food was a real problem. Even the continental breakfast included oatmeal that had expired in 2021, which was disgusting. Our showerhead broke because of the water pressure, and the rooms smelled musty and looked neglected. The parking area was small, the service poor, and people were unfriendly from the moment we arrived. The price is excessive for what's offered. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.

It felt like staying among the trees, with several places to hang out around the property. The location is handy too, under 10 minutes from downtown Avandaro and about 15 from downtown Valle de Bravo. We had a very pleasant stay, and the staff were excellent. Mr. Efrain was attentive, as was the young woman in the kitchen.
