The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was good, but the advertising was false: there was no hot water. I paid for two rooms for two nights expecting to be able to take a hot shower. It was winter in Veracruz and cold, and I had to take very cold showers that hurt my arthritis.

The area is calm, and there are good restaurants and other options nearby. Breakfast was included, which I count as a plus. Overall, I found the cost and what you get to be an excellent match.

The staff were helpful, and it was a good place to stay. They did run out of toilet paper, but I still had a positive stay overall. 🙂

Great breakfast and a great spot by the ocean. The people there were good, and my room was okay.
