Dunce was amazing, and I really appreciated that she spoke such excellent English with me. Her hospitality is what will bring me back the next time I arrive from USA.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is large and nice. The food was decent, though not amazing, and we had to repeat our requests to the servers several times to get them right. It’s not the worst Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at, but the noise made the stay very frustrating. From 8pm until 5am, people were yelling in the main hallway, playing loud music, and slamming doors. I assume there was a conference, but we were woken up multiple times by drunk people. After a long day of travel, we’d hoped to get a good night’s rest. The walls are paper thin, so every shout and slam carried through. We mentioned it to the receptionist when we checked out in the morning, and she didn’t seem to care. *Photo of the pool area

The buffet breakfast was good, but it didn’t make up for the poor hotel service or cleaning. The outdoor restaurant seats had spiderwebs, and the place looked abandoned by the owner. It’s far from the city, in the middle of nowhere. Pay attention to this review and read carefully.

The restaurant food was the one good part of my stay. For what they charge, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s run down, with broken tiles all over. Half the hotel isn’t in use, but nothing is blocked off, so staff chase you away if you walk down those hallways. In the hallways that are open, there’s construction equipment to get around. The pool photos look like they’re from 20 years ago. Around the pool there were broken tiles, garbage, cigarette butts, and dead roaches. The only air conditioning was in the room. The rest of the hotel was hot, including the elevators, gym, and restaurant. The room felt like a dorm room, minus a mini fridge. The renovated lobby gives the impression of a new hotel, but it isn’t.
