The rooms were hot and stuffy, with no AC, poor ventilation, a noisy fan, and very hard beds. Both towels in my room were wet when I arrived and had small stains, as if they were left from the previous guest. When I asked for fresh ones, the manager made a smart-ass remark as though I were lying. The owner also kept going into the room whenever he wanted. The windows were very easy to open even with the door locked, so I didn't feel my money, passwords, or IDs were safe. I found things in different places and started counting what I had every night to make sure no money was missing. I felt watched the whole time. The owner-manager was rude and difficult to deal with, and it was a waste of money. Just pay extra for somewhere nicer. Do not stay here, the worst place in all of Guadalajara!!!!!

We rented the whole hotel for a wedding and paid quite a bit, but had a horrible experience. I shared a room with my mother, and the owner was rude throughout the stay and stressed her out. He threatened to kick us out at 2 in the morning because we'd left a few small gifts in the living room. I don't recommend staying here.

The rooms are tiny and have no ventilation, and I couldn't relax with the owner there watching every room the whole time. He controls when guests can come in and leave, so you aren't free to go as you wish. He was rude and controlling with both guests and staff, who seemed intimidated by him. It felt more like a jailhouse than a place to stay. I was very close to reporting him to the authorities for holding us hostage.

I had a great experience at Casa Finlandia, staying in the HABITACIÓN DE LUJO DOBLE. There was plenty of room, and the room was clean and nice. Wifi worked okay, and I was given keys so I could come and go whenever I wanted. The room cleaning service was perfect, and management took great care of me. I highly recommend it.

Providencia is one of my favorite areas in Guadalajara, and this beautiful B&B is right there. The rooms are really comfortable, and the shared spaces look great. There are plenty of restaurants and recreational areas nearby, which is a huge plus.
