The food was delicious and served generously, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I stayed for the month of September while visiting the University of Veracruz, and they treated me like family. The hotel is comfortable, with new facilities and very comfortable beds. Rooms and common areas were consistently clean and well cared for. I'd gladly come back.

There’s no air conditioning, and the price felt high when other hotels at the same rate offer better quality. The staff are friendly, but booking seemed disorganized. We arrived to find no hot water and had to ask them to turn it on. Cleaning could be better too, since they didn't clean the bathroom every day.

Parking was a complete mess, and the management had a terrible attitude. The floors were dirty, the blankets were extremely thin, and noise came from other rooms. All that trouble just because the place is close to the center. A horrible experience.

The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable, and the staff helpful. The restaurant isn't open yet, and there's no air conditioning. It'd be great to have a coffee maker in the lobby in the meantime.
