The bathroom felt very uncomfortable because its windows open onto another bathroom shared by everyone, so there’s no privacy. The shared areas need work, and although the place looks modern, it clearly needs maintenance. It’s always humid and smells of sewage, and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. There aren’t many guests, and I can understand why.

I wouldn’t recommend living here, even as a student. The place is expensive just for its location, while the infrastructure is very old and poorly maintained. I came away with a bad impression of pretty much everything: the water, Wi-Fi, hygiene, hot water, and customer service. In my experience, they also didn’t seem to care about guests being noisy or disruptive, and there would be a lot of shortcomings.

I chose the cheaper room with a shared bathroom, and that bathroom smelled bad and needed cleaning. The bed was in poor condition too. Those were the parts I didn’t like; otherwise the place was okay. Room access is secured with a card.

The thin drywall between rooms means you can hear everything the neighbor does, and there are cockroaches and bedbugs. They charge for everything, so read the contract carefully when signing or you can easily lose your deposit. A very bad experience, I don’t recommend it.
