I’d likely stay here again. The price is fair, the rooms are spacious, customer service is great, and the location is spot on. I didn’t use the restaurant, so they gave me a discount for leaving breakfast out. Parking is available 24/7, about 100 feet around the corner, with a guard there the whole time. When the AC unit gave me trouble during the night, they moved me to another room right then. I really appreciated that, since I was traveling with my kids and they would have had a bad night. One note for travelers, especially international visitors: the city has lots of bugs, including a kind of roach I’ve only seen in this area. I’ve seen them in much more expensive hotels and apartments too, so it’s not just this hotel. Keep things off the floor and don’t leave food in your luggage, or you may take some unwanted “souvenirs” with you. 😅 One clarification: the listed location is off. That spot is a school, and the hotel is in the building next door.

It’s a decent mid-range hotel, with good value for the money. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but my room was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Parking is about 50 m down the road. Breakfast has limited choices, though the quality is okay. The coffee could have been better, especially in the state of Veracruz.

The room was very clean, and breakfast was great. The service and location were good too, near downtown.

The location is good, fairly close to the city center. Some rooms don’t have AC, but they’re very clean, and the food is nice.

For Xalapa, it’s an okay hotel, since you’ll mostly just sleep there and can walk around town for everything else. It’s well connected, and the staff are very friendly.
