Terracota Suites

The rooms are amazing, and the service was very excellent.

We had room 1 for three nights. It's spacious and clean, with a microwave, refrigerator, cups, plates, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a small packet of coffee. There's no cable service on the TV. A little café is downstairs, and the entrance is shared with it, so finding the place was hard since there's no sign. The location itself is excellent, just a few blocks from City Hall. Staff were friendly the whole time.

The lobby has a fountain and a display of paintings. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is handy, very close to the city center. Rooms are roomy and come with a minibar, water, glasses, cutlery, and a coffee maker, though they don't replenish the water, coffee, or filters during your stay. The old TV works fine, even if they don't pay the bill on time, haha. Some rooms have small defects, but a good price makes it worthwhile. Hot water runs out quickly in the morning. Suites are upstairs on the top floor, with no elevator, so that may be a problem with limited mobility, lots of luggage, or poor health.

The staff were always warm and willing to help, and even gave us good suggestions for food and nearby tourist spots. The suites are comfortable and set up well for longer stays, with a fan, fridge, microwave, and a little kitchen for washing dishes and making a light breakfast. There's also coffee-making equipment for the morning. The bed has a very comfortable mattress, and there's an extra blanket available if it gets colder. The bathroom has a dryer, sink, toilet, and shower, with hot water coming quickly even in winter. It's a pleasant stay in a central location, and I'd be happy to come back.
