Good location, but we couldn’t sleep at all during the night we stayed. A big group of young teens had a party in the rooms, and it was way too loud.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the price was fine. It’s also within walking distance of Centro and the ADO bus station. Still, I wouldn’t stay again. I booked online for a week and was first given a larger street-facing room. I moved to one on the other side, which was much quieter apart from the barking dogs, but the room had a lot of problems. The windows were literally held together with tape, and there were dozens of bugs in the overhead bathroom light. The bed sagged and squeaked, the internet barely worked, and my room card had to be reset every day for the first four days. Every morning at exactly 10:45, housekeeping knocked loudly on each door and called “Buen dia! Como estas!?” so the whole floor could hear.

The breakfast is served in a poorly put-together hall that looks a bit like a refugee warehouse. The whole building seems to be falling apart, and the room doors don’t close properly, leaving a gap above them for cold air to come in. The bed linens are yellow with age and don’t look clean. Worst hotel ever.

It’s rustic but well maintained, and I’ll definitely come back. For city views, ask for a room on the 5th floor. The location is good.
