Nico Hotel & Residences

I was traveling for work, and the central location made the stay perfect. It’s a new hotel with a different concept from what you usually find in the area. My room was spotless and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, hot water, a desk, balcony, and excellent internet. The staff were very attentive. I’d definitely stay again.

Nico felt like home, and we were welcomed so warmly. The facilities are excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of Xalapa. We spent three nights there, and it’s definitely our favorite hotel downtown. We’ll return. The one problem was noise from the bar downstairs on our first night, which kept us from sleeping well. It was very hot, so we had to open the window. There’s no air conditioning or fans because Xalapa is usually mild to cool year-round, though staff said they were already installing fans in the rooms for hot days. We told the staff about the noise, and they addressed it. There was much less noise the next day, and we slept soundly the following night.

I came back for a second stay, and it was excellent again. The place is comfortable, very well maintained, and has an atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The care and attention to detail really show. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome throughout. Returning confirmed how highly I recommend it. I’d come back without hesitation, and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay with great service.

Miss Danna was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we arrived, and her service was excellent. We had a wonderful time. It’s a unique place, and everything was beautiful and comfortable, from the concept to the accommodations and cleanliness. 100% recommended. We’ll definitely be back! 🥰
