The swimming pool was the only decent part of the hotel, and they played the same song on repeat all day. The food was disgusting: the tuna arrived frozen and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old, low-quality oil. We left after one night. Total scam.

I found the hotel comfortable, with a peaceful pool and friendly, attentive staff. One thing to note: I booked through Booking.com, then was charged extra for my son when we arrived. The listing says children aged 9 and up pay the guest rate, while younger children stay free.

The place itself is nice, but the rooms and service fell short. They charged an extra 2,000 pesos to add someone to the room, yet didn't even provide basic towels. The manager showed no interest at all in dealing with guests' concerns.

After breakfast, which we'd already paid for, the waiters offered us sweet bread without mentioning there'd be a separate charge. They also asked for a tip every time they interacted with us. It felt unpleasant, like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of guests.
