I definitely won't come back. At the bars, people who looked like cartel members stared at everyone. They parked in the valet driveway, then walked away and blocked the way, as if they knew nobody would say anything to them. I felt really unsafe. This doesn't seem like a good area at night or a family-friendly place.

The location is good, but the hotel needs work. The rooms are dated, and I had to switch because of cigarette smoke. It didn't feel like a full Marriott experience yet.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the stay was terrible. I wouldn't return or recommend it. Before arriving, I called to ask how to find parking, but reception couldn't explain it. When we got there, another car was blocking the entrance, and nobody came to help. We were given a room we couldn't enter. Maintenance then discovered it was already occupied, even though reception had assigned it to us. We waited almost an hour for another room. Nobody apologized or acknowledged the mistake, and when we came back during the shift change, staff seemed to be trying to deny there had been a problem. Reception staff wore casual clothes and no name tags. In the room, there was no shower gel, and it was never replenished. The air conditioning didn't work either. Breakfast was another mess: the buffet was meager and below Marriott standards, and reception said breakfast was included while the restaurant said it wasn't.
