I spent 3 months at Staybridge Suites, and the staff made it feel comfortable and enjoyable. Monica and Ivan at reception were welcoming and helpful, with warm smiles that made check-in and checkout easy. Carmina, the cook, went out of her way to meet my dietary needs. Since I'm vegetarian, she prepared a special veg breakfast for me even when there were no vegetarian options. I really appreciated her kindness and care. Lirio, the waitress, always greeted me warmly and was ready to help. Her suggestions for local food were invaluable. Oscar, the security incharge, was also helpful and made sure I felt safe throughout the stay. The team at Staybridge Suites made it feel like a home away from home, and their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made this a great place to stay. Five stars doesn't feel like enough, but that's what I'm giving. I'd highly recommend it for a longer stay.

Staybridge Suites felt like my first real home in Mexico during the two months I was there. I never felt away from my comfort zone, and I made friends I'll genuinely cherish. Housekeeping were patient and friendly throughout my stay, and the whole team made me feel cared for. The security team, especially Oscar, looked out for us and made sure we felt safe. Even when I had a big group of friends over and we might have been a bit noisy, they were discreet and patient. Monica at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Her genuine welcome and daily smile brightened my mornings, and she was my first friend in Mexico. Ivon was calm and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Carmen in the kitchen deserves a special mention. She made sure I had tasty vegetarian options and sometimes prepared a special dish just for me, even though keeping those extra options available was difficult. I was touched by her care. This kind of comfort and personal connection is rare. I can't recommend the hotel enough to anyone looking for a home away from home.

During a work visit in June of 2020, at the height of the lockdowns, I enjoyed my stay and would return. The motel was clean, pleasant, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. It's on the block with Plaza Del Sol shopping mall, so shops and grocery stores are an easy walk away. Breakfast was excellent, and they would cook many things on request, including omelets.

The staff were super nice, the room was cleaned every day, and breakfast was good. I wasn't impressed by the towels: they weren't white, and I saw some being used to dry the floor in the laundry area. The TV also wasn't smart. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The rooms have cooking facilities and hotel maids clean them daily, so it's a great setup if you want to cook for yourself. There's a supermarket nearby and good public transport connections. Breakfast is included with plenty of choices, the pool is very good and kept clean, and the maids are polite. The accommodation is excellent, though a little expensive, which is why I wouldn't give it 5 stars. They do negotiate the price for longer stays.
