The managers’ behavior was the most alarming part. One staff member, a short-haired woman, shouted insults and acted aggressively toward me, seeming close to getting physical. I kept calm and left the area before things escalated. I also saw her yell insults at elderly guests. There are a lot of Google comments about the same attitude toward children. Be cautious if you stay, especially with vulnerable family members. The hotel conditions were awful too. The AC barely worked, there were cockroaches everywhere, and the towels smelled and were worn out. Even the toilet paper was the roughest, cheapest kind I’ve ever encountered. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and its poor conditions and hostile staff made it a complete waste of my time and money.
