Lo Cósmico

We came back several times and tried nearly the whole menu. It was worth it every time. The homemade pretzels made with real lye are a standout, and so is the burger, with homemade bread and delicious, high-quality meat. Such a chill little gem up on the rocks, whether you want a lovely start to the day or a tasty lunch before siesta. 10/10/10

The sea view is wonderful, and breakfast is delicious. Violetta and her family are so nice and helpful. The pancakes are fluffy, the burger buns are homemade and worth a 10/10, and they make fresh bretzel too. It’s worth the wait.

For a relaxed meal with a lovely view of the beach from above, this spot is hard to beat. It feels secluded from town while still being easy to get to. Violeta and her family are gracious, friendly, and full of good humor, and the atmosphere at lo cosmico resort is great. Don’t miss it for a delicious, affordable crepe, especially if you need a hangover meal.

I found Lo Cósmico while travelling in Mexico and was so glad I did. The hilltop restaurant looks out over the beach, and its design fits beautifully into the landscape, with coastal plants woven into the space. Eating there felt like being in a tropical wonderland, with the view bringing a sense of peace and relaxation. Breakfast was a great choice: the cheese omelette and chocolate crepe were delicious, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Violeta, the hostess, was kind and welcoming, and offered tips on places to explore and where to spend the day. One of the loveliest meals I’ve had. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.
