My wife’s things were taken from her luggage, including three or four dresses belonging to my daughter. We noticed the dresses were missing the next day. There were also problems getting hot water: whenever we needed it, there wasn’t any, and there was no clear way to call the front desk about it. The place looks really nice online, but it didn’t live up to that at all. Honestly, I don’t recommend it.
