Mabohai Resort Klebang

The location and surroundings were nice, but the hygiene really let the resort down. My room smelled bad when I arrived after 5:00 PM, and the towels were old, the room dusty, and the bathroom in awful shape. Its door had filthy, disgusting stains. Since cancelling meant paying a fee, I had to stay. I went out to buy air fresheners and toilet cleaner, then cleaned the bathroom myself just to make the room bearable. This was my first visit and will be my last. Management needs to improve housekeeping, and I can't recommend Mabohai Resort, Klebang until cleanliness is taken seriously.

The hygiene needs work: there was hair and staining on the bedsheets, and you could hear between rooms because there was no soundproofing. For the price, though, that was understandable. The price itself was okay, parking was adequate, and it was a quiet place near Tanjung Klebang and other beaches. The air conditioning and water heater worked well, the small pool was handy for cooling off, and my deposit came back promptly.

I couldn't get comfortable enough to rest, even though we usually don't need much more than a simple place to sleep. The room was old, dirty, and smelled bad. There were stains on the sheets, pillow, blanket, towel, and even the toilet. Nearly RM90 for one night didn't feel worth it. I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here.

I booked two nights but left after just one because I couldn't stand the bad smell in the room. It was tiny and dirty, and the bed, linen, and blanket were soiled. I also asked for a towel and never got one, and the counter staff weren't friendly. The booking showed rm153 for two nights, but they added so many charges that it came to rm200 for a room that wasn't worth the price. I usually don't mind an added cost, but this time it really wasn't worth it.
