After we turned the lights off, cockroaches kept appearing. We asked for a different room, but the staff said the hotel was fully booked. They gave us insect spray, yet more roaches continued coming out. It was uncomfortable and really disappointing.

My uncle and aunt are both senior citizens, and they were shocked and upset when hotel staff and Jabatan Agama woke them in the middle of the night. They had no warning or explanation, and were intrusively asked to show their marriage certificate. When they later reported what happened, the staff didn’t even apologise. It felt deeply disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

A good fit for two adults and a child, with just the right amount of space. The toilet was clean and the room had good ventilation, a mini fridge, kettle and smart TV. Can’t ask for more.

I’ve only been here for events, not stayed overnight. The lobby is tidy and clean, with a place to wait. If nobody is at the counter, though, you have to wait until check-in hours or call the number they provided.
