Urban Inn Jitra

The room had two queen beds and still felt roomy, and the raised bathroom was clean, with a strong shower and a well-kept toilet. The hotel’s consistent colors and modern look gave it a boutique feel. We had a decent choice of TV channels, which kept my wife entertained while I was away. I also saw an Agoda award in the lobby, recognition they’d received for their service. Arriving late was easy, and parking right outside was plentiful and well lit. I didn’t worry about theft or vandalism. They took a RM50 deposit, and gave me a first-floor room with a key card as I’d requested through Agoda. The only small issue was hearing the occasional sound from the stairs, since the rooms aren’t fully soundproofed. It was rare, though, and the nights were mostly quiet. Urban Inn Jitra is stylish and comfortable, and I’d choose it again when I’m back in Jitra.

The staff at Urban Inn, Jitra contacted me right away when I accidentally left my laptop behind. I was impressed by how honest and sincere they were. It’s not often you find service like that these days. I’d happily stay there again, and recommend them for their integrity and customer care.

The water pressure was good, and the room was really comfortable.

The overall stay was good, but there’s room for improvement. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and water was leaking.
