We couldn't stay for the full 6D 5N reservation, and the host refused to refund us. The Agoda photos were misleading and didn't show the property accurately. I consider the host's actions unacceptable and a breach of trust. Agoda's lack of action on the issue was disappointing too. I strongly advise against booking with this host.

The room was spacious and had an impressive view, and the gym was decent. Those were the only good points. One window had a broken handle and wouldn't close properly, while the lifts were dirty, coated in some unclear film, and smelled unpleasant. The whole complex felt like a maze. I didn't figure out how to use the internal lifts to reach my room in under ten minutes until my third day.

People were noisy at all hours, with constant banging from the room above early in the morning and late at night. I showed security several recordings, but got no support. The lifts were confusing and far apart, and maintenance across the condo was poor. The gym was full of broken machines. Only the lat pulldown and assisted barbell machines worked. I let a man use the assisted barbell first, but he left the bench covered in sweat and refused to clean it, then moved to the one remaining dry bench. There was a poor attitude and little care for hygiene among gym users. Maybe that's why management doesn't maintain it, since residents don't take good care of it either. This is one of the worst condos I've stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds around the world.

The apartments seemed fairly priced and the building has some interesting amenities, including a boxing ring and lazy river. But the shared spaces were badly maintained, with lots of dirty or broken things. The lifts took forever. I spent two hours viewing an apartment because we kept waiting for them, and even the real estate agent commented on how poorly kept the place was. He hoped management would do a better job of cleaning and caring for it. I decided not to live there because of the lift situation.
