The location is handy for getting to Gombak and KL, and the lift is useful for older guests and people with luggage. I've stayed a couple of times for work, mostly just to sleep. It's a decent budget hotel, Muslim-owned, with rooms that have enough space and basic items like toiletries. The room was quite dim, though, and could use more lamps for working or studying. The bathroom also needs better upkeep: the sink was clogged, the holder was rusty, the tiles weren't very clean, and there was some mold. I hope they maintain the rooms and handle repairs properly.

Parking is a gamble in this very busy area. I did find a spot right beside the hotel, but by morning my car was covered in bird poop. The room was RM 90 for a tiny space where you can barely move unless you turn sideways. The bathroom is a joke too: the sink is really small, and I hit my head while sitting on the toilet, even though I'm not big. The bidet spray is right in front of you instead of to the side, with a short hose. Genius design 🤣🤣🤣

It's decent enough for a night or two as a budget hotel, and there's a 24-hour self-service laundromat on the ground floor beside reception. On my last visit, the shower and water taps were broken, and none of the TV channels came in clearly. Still, the stay was okay overall.

The room looked completely different from the photo. It was very dark with just one ceiling lamp, and the ceiling had water marks and dampness. The basin and bathroom mirror stand were broken, there was no hairdryer, the bedsheet was dirty, and the TV rack was slanted.

This is my favourite hotel. The staff are friendly and really helpful, and the standard room is still comfortable. Parking is easy to find, though it costs RM 4 per day or RM0.50 per hour. There are two shawarma places near the hotel, and both are delicious.
