Hotel O Tasik Utama

Mr Chan and Aunty Sally were so friendly and ready to help, which made the stay even nicer. Everything went smoothly from check-in through check-out. I had a wonderful, pleasant time at Hotel Tasik Utama. Highly recommend it!

We'd booked ahead, but were given a different room because the one we had reserved wasn't clean yet. They still use a manual system, and it took ages to find another available room. The management seems poor. When we asked for replacement pillows, they took a long time to find any, after giving us pillows that were dirty and smelled bad. On arrival, there was nobody at the counter, so we waited quite a while. An aunty staff member saw us but kept chatting with someone else before finally coming over a few minutes later. Very unprofessional service.

There were cockroaches and a centipede in the bathroom, and the toilet was stained and dirty. The bed wasn't clean either, and the towel had a stain on it. The receptionist, though, was very friendly.

The way customers are treated is very unsatisfactory, especially by the female staff. My mom also said the male receptionist, maybe the boss, was very rude when she called to say traffic meant she would check in late.
