The photos gave a completely different impression. This place felt unfit for anyone to stay in. The worst hotel I’ve ever come across, and I can’t find words for how bad it was. One star is the lowest rating available; if I could, I’d give it minus 100. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

It felt dated and gloomy, and some of the things provided were missing.

I could smell cigarette smoke in the toilet, and the toilet bowl especially needs a better clean. My 2pm check-in wasn’t possible until 2:47pm. I also found the same room on the same date was RM65 when booking directly with the hotel, compared with RM77 through OYO.

I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel.

The staff were friendly and moved me to another room after I said I couldn’t handle the first one, room 106. That was the one bright spot in an otherwise bad stay. The whole room smelled strongly of smoke, and there were cigarette marks on the table. Some toilets leak, which can lead to mosquitoes breeding. Cleaning also wasn’t thorough, with yellowing still visible on the toilet wall.
