The service from the owner left us very satisfied, and the house we rented was in tiptop condition. It had all the amenities we needed: kitchen, hot water in both toilets, comfortable beds, air conditioning, Netflix, washing machine, brooms, and, most importantly, an iron and ironing board. The pools were nice and kid-friendly, with different levels for toddlers, kids, and adults. The location is strategic, near restaurants, shops, and cafes. Apartments are within walking distance of the beach, while villas are much closer and have a beach view.

We spent the weekend between the pool slides and horseback rides along the beach, and the views and waves were amazing. Swiss-Garden Kuantan had kayaking, ATVs, beach horse rides, and a pool with the coolest slides. The room situation was already frustrating when we arrived. I was sent to the wrong room, and when I said I’d only just got there, the counter staff kept insisting someone had already taken it. I believe the mix-up came from the information she gave me, since my message notification showed up on her PC straight away. There was dust on the TV table, visible from the sofa bed. Ordering from the room menu was another hassle: although it was labeled “ALL TIME MENU” and ran to nearly 15 pages, it looked like only one page’s worth of items was actually available. I’d driven more than five hours to get there, so that was especially annoying. I also couldn’t log in to Netflix. The video they sent didn’t help, and it took about 30 minutes before I got in using a different method. Breakfast booking was just as confusing. They first said I had to book ahead or it would be cancelled, then told me I could pay at the counter the next day. When I asked whether that meant it was booked, they said no, and then said no reservation was needed. I rented the place for four days and three nights, and the stay left me really unhappy. Of course, it was non-refundable.

Mezah and the rest of the Nature Home Team were friendly and supportive, which helped make our family holiday happier and more memorable. Thank you, we’d like to come back for another vacation later.
