The rooms are worn out: the windows don't fit, the shower is mouldy, and the tap makes odd noises. It might do for one night, but some maintenance could make this place much better. Booking and paying online caused trouble. We got there after 3pm, then spent about 30 minutes finding someone to check us in because there isn't really a reception. They couldn't find our booking and asked us to pay again, despite the confirmation email showing both the reservation and payment. It was sorted eventually, but the system, or lack of one, made things difficult. The woman who helped us check in was actually very helpful. My advice is not to book online, since it only seems to confuse things.

The price had dropped from 130 to 100myr, but when I asked to check that the room was clean and didn't smell before paying, they refused and kicked me out. This isn't the first report of unfriendly behavior from this host. If you're a cyclist looking for a cheap room, League Villa nearby has rooms for 70myr.

The owner had misplaced several of our bookings, and the place was overbooked. Everywhere else was full too, so we had nowhere else to stay. It was the worst experience. Don't book here if you have an important event.

The hotel is a convenient base, with food stalls, famous people,Cundall and bak kut teh stalls within walking distance. Econsave supermarket is two doors away. It took us just 1 and a half hour to drive from Kuala Lumpur city. We had a comfortable stay, with soft, comfy beds and pillows. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
