We found two huge rats running around the room at night, and one even got into our suitcase. The room was cheap, but that wasn't part of what I expected to pay for. The reception service was unbelievably rude. The man first demanded extra money to hold our luggage for a few hours before check-in. When we said no, he shouted and pulled aggressive faces. He only let us leave the bags after we began recording so we could show the manager. I've never had an experience like it. Completely unacceptable, and I strongly don't recommend this place.

The receptionist was friendly, and aside from a few issues, things were okay. Parking is cashless and costs RM3 per entry with a Touch 'n Go card. Take the card to the receptionist in the first hotel building to get the RM3 rate, or you'll be charged by the hour. For third-party bookings, show reception exactly which room type you reserved, otherwise they may assign one based on who is checking in that day. It's a budget hotel without extras like a water heater, so I wouldn't really recommend it for families with kids.

The service was really poor, especially from the Indian woman at the counter. She didn't greet us and spoke without respect. Very bad budget hotel.

I complained after finding cockroaches, even on the bed, but the staff didn't apologize. The attitude and courtesy were zero. I don't even know what to say.

They advertised free parking, but I ended up paying a lot in charges. A really awful experience. I'm astonished Agoda would even list them.
