OYO 89381 Moonnight Hotel

My booking through Agoda was canceled, and the hotel told me they had no partnership with Agoda, even though they keep accepting Agoda bookings. The receptionist said Agoda accepts fake customer bookings, which is why I could still book there, but the hotel hadn't received confirmation. I have proof that Agoda confirmed mine. For two days I was under mental stress, with Agoda and the hotel each pointing at the other over who was responsible for my loss and situation. Who should I blame, Agoda, the booking partner, or the hotel? The receptionist also said he had given most rooms to foreigners at higher prices during Thaipusam. The supervisor, who lied and told me his name was Along, was very sarcastic to me. I have all the proof now. If anyone knows the hotel management, please reach out.

The bed was revolting. The sheets were stained and dirty, and smelled like someone had pissed in them. I felt sick in the room and couldn't sleep a minute. Dirt was everywhere, on the floor, walls, and in the bathroom. The room looked like it had been abandoned for months. An absolute nightmare, like a horror movie set. Worst hotel of my entire life. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. I wouldn't stay again even if they paid me. I'd rather sleep on the street.

The room was small and had no window, which felt a bit suffocating with two single beds, though the bathroom was somewhat spacious. Noise carried even at 2-3am, with people walking around and banging sounds. Wi-Fi was available, but the internet went out at 5am and stayed down until I checked out. There were several shortcomings: I had to get hot water from the counter, and there was no cup or extra bedside table. Parts of the bathroom were damaged, the mat was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom door was noisy and hard to shut. Some areas weren't clean, and the bin had no liner. The bed was reasonably comfortable and fairly clean, though not very clean. The floor was okay and didn't smell overall, although this is indian place. The service was good, and the counter staff were willing to make hot water for me. The aircond was cold, the TV had many channels and supported USB, the hot water was fine, and the bathroom worked well.

The bedsheets were not clean at all, and the towels smelled. The TV remote didn't work, and even after I mentioned it, nobody had the courtesy to replace it.
