I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure staff speak to guests respectfully and professionally. Earlier today I was waiting outside Kin Link Inn Hotel for my Grab food delivery when a housekeeping staff member came up to me at the front entrance and rudely asked when I would be checking out. She also told me not to check out after 12:00 PM. I was taken aback by her confrontational manner. After I got my food, I went to the front desk to ask who she was and was told her name is Gloria. Auntie Gloria, please be more courteous when speaking with guests. You don't know who you're talking to, and no guest should be approached so impolitely.

The mattress sheet was stained and smelled bad, and cleanliness was very poor. Front desk registration was slow too, about 10 minutes for the keying in and photocopying. I was left standing there awkwardly while he finished.

It's a quiet, peaceful area inside a housing neighborhood, and the room is spacious, clean and neat. Food places are a drive away. For O&G workers, the location is convenient, with Shell and Petronas offices nearby.

The room was big and had a small refrigerator, but it smelled really strong. There was hair and dust on the unclean floor, the shower in the shower room was broken, and the door's safety chain was broken too. It needs maintenance. After this stay, I won't be coming back.
