I left the same day and didn't get a refund. They offered me two other rooms, but both were just as bad. The rooms were in terrible condition, smelled bad, and the whole hotel badly needed renovation. I ended up fleeing to Amigos Hotel, which I can highly recommend as a much better option.

The room and bathroom were too small, and the TV was impossible to watch. Service was also too slow when checking in and out. Luckily, I only stayed one night. The Oyo app is still useful for finding cheap hotels within our budget.

Restaurants, a mall, and a convenience store are nearby, so the inn's location is handy if you're traveling to Miri. The room has a simple design and was comfortable. A nice place to stay.

I really didn't expect the price to be this low, since the place looks so premium. It's a very comfortable hotel and a pleasant spot for people looking to relax.

Is there even a hotel by this name? It's the same OYO1111, but my money is stuck in OYO and they still haven't refunded me. They told me the hotel has no name and has changed everything to another hotel name.
