The balcony view in Room 0606 was beautiful, definitely a highlight. The location is appealing too. But the room’s condition really let the stay down. The floor was dusty and grimy enough to turn the bottoms of my feet black, so it didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly before I arrived. The glasses had chipped edges and felt unsafe and unhygienic. The toilet beside the kitchen was very dirty and poorly maintained. I also reported that the water heater wasn’t working at all, but nothing was done during my stay. I hope management takes cleaning and inspection seriously before guests check in. The view and location are lovely, but cleanliness and maintenance need to improve.

This is my experience in beta. If you’ve never had fleas or bed bugs bite you, this place is 100% recommended. I don’t know what room service is doing. I’m very disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone who doesn’t want to be bitten by fleas or bed bugs in their sleep.

Cockroaches were everywhere, and the balcony, kitchen, living room, toilet and bedroom were all very dirty. I heard about a family who kept changing rooms because something in their bedroom, the switch for the air-conditioning, exploded. The whole place felt terrible.

They should provide cleaning supplies so tenants can clean more easily.

The location is ideal, and the place is generally okay, but there’s room for improvement. The doors were hard to open and close and needed force. The toilet bowls needed cleaning, with hardened cement inside and heavy staining. The room air-conditioning was difficult to control and got freezing at night.
