Please upgrade the showers with water heaters. I've stayed in more budget-friendly hotels that have them.

It's nice to get fresh air through the big windows sometimes instead of using air conditioning all day. The old hotel is gradually being upgraded, and some rooms have had their toilet bowls replaced with new ones. I hope they replace them in every room.

I keep coming back whenever I visit Labuan. Regulars get treated better, the staff are good, and the price is great. There's an elevator, unlike some hotels at the same price 🙄, and the air conditioning can feel like Siberia if you want it to. You can walk to lots of cafes, and it's beside Labuan Supermarket. The downside is cigarette smell in some rooms from the heavy-smoking offshore staff who often stay here because their company accommodates them here. That's it, otherwise it's a great hotel.

Poor staff performance and maintenance. My room blacked out twice in the middle of the night, and when I asked to change rooms, they couldn't provide one. They couldn't even offer a single apology for the poor hospitality. Totally not recommended for staying!
