I booked two nights through the Oyo app, but on arrival staff said the inn was full and told me to request a refund from Oyo. Only one night's amount was refunded. If there are no rooms left, please update the listing on Oyo.

I had already paid for two nights through Oyo, which showed rooms were still available, but when I arrived they said there were none. Then cancellation only got me the price of one night back. They blamed a cancellation fee when I asked why, but this wasn't caused by the customer. 😡😡
