Hotel Brynton At Cameron Centrum Mall

Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the second room had good air-conditioning. A Coway water dispenser outside the room was handy. The water heater wasn’t very hot, and the bathroom floor was quite slippery. We stayed three days and two nights in a separate building directly across from the main lobby, but it was still easy and convenient to get to. Breakfast was included in our package. Since we were fasting, the hotel let us claim it for iftar, which we really appreciated. The food was the same as the breakfast spread, though, and more suitable dinner or iftar choices would be good. We had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.

Being able to watch YouTube or other streaming services on the smart TV was a plus, and there’s a Coway dispenser with hot water. The room was cozy and wangi. The location is really strategic and accessible, just go downstairs to the Centrum, with the pasar malam close to our room too. Breakfast was so good, I really loved the garlic bread. The hotel is still new, and we were glad to have a room during the school holidays when everywhere in the Cameron area was jammed. There were a few problems: the toilet seat cover had come loose, the sink was blocked but still draining, and the shower rod screw could come off. Please do some inspections so other guests can use the room without any problems.

We stayed two days and one night, and it wasn’t a pleasant visit. Noise from outside came through easily because the soundproofing was poor. The bathroom curtain didn’t cover the whole area, which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hair dryer barely blew air, and the water pressure was unsteady. The shower kept switching between hot and cold. The bedsheets were old, there was no refrigerator, and cleanliness was very poor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked three studio rooms for seven people but were given just one reserved parking space, which was really inconvenient and should have been explained beforehand. At night we could hear loud noises from above, like chairs scraping and people moving around, and we only got proper rest very late. We stayed yesterday hoping for a quiet break, but were very disappointed. The room looked different from the online pictures. The furniture seemed old and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was below what we expected. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it. The hair dryer didn’t work. Staff came to repair it, and we appreciate that, but it should have been checked before check-in. We had to wait through the repair and couldn’t relax. We also called the emergency line and nobody answered, which left us frustrated and unsupported. We expected comfort and a peaceful place to rest, but the stay was very different. It felt like a waste of money. Sorry to say it, and I hope the feedback helps improve things for future guests.
