I asked for a non-smoking room when booking, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. Staff weren't helpful when I asked to move and said the hotel was full, even though I saw few guests and the parking lot was mostly empty. I ended up checking out at 3 AM and finding another hotel. Terrible experience. Do not stay here!

I booked a queen room without a window for MYR74 and paid at the counter. The room was clean, though a little narrow for two people. Since I was travelling alone, that didn't matter. The water flow in the toilet was good, and there was plenty of parking. There were a few dogs around.

Good value, and the place is clean and well kept. There's ample parking at all hours, but the hotel takes cash only. It's in a secluded spot with no amenities nearby, and the building is a three-storey shop lot with no lift. The room was small. My triple room had no windows, and the glass bathroom partition let the bathroom light disturb anyone sleeping when someone used the toilet at night. There was complimentary coffee and a shared hot and cold water dispenser on the common staircase. No room cleaning or coffee refill was provided each day.

For the price, the room was clean and acceptable. It had a qibla sign, toothbrushes and soap in the toilet, and a nice thick bath towel. The deposit was RM50 per room plus RM2 tax. The hotel is in an SME factory area.

Really bad stay. There were cockroaches in the room, the old towel had a hole, and I wasn't comfortable with the bedsheet. The lights also had poor wiring, all connected to one plug.
