The room was nice, though the bed seemed a bit dusty. When I tried to sleep, I felt something tiny against my thighs. The bathroom wasn't very clean, but it wasn't really dirty either. Overall, it was nice.

The location was perfect for my holiday in Borneo, and the staff were down to earth and friendly. Room service did an impeccable job. It's a clean, simple hotel with no frills, just what I needed. I'll stay there again.

At RM70 a night, the price is reasonable and the rooms aren't too bad. There's no elevator, though, and you can expect some noise from the nearby restaurants and pubs after midnight.

The staff were very nice, and the Wi-Fi was very good. They do try to keep the place clean, though age and heavy use show throughout One Hotel. In my room, the shower kept running slowly, the air conditioning was erratic, the toilet smelled bad at one point and had flushing issues, and the TV reception and channel selection were diabolically bad. Based on my experience, I can't recommend it. I'm not going back, since nearby hotels offer a much better stay for just a few RM more.

The room was comfortable and fairly spacious, and the rate was affordable. Booking directly with the hotel is cheaper than using a website or app like Trivago. The sink was somewhat clogged, which is why I'm taking off a star.
