The staff listened to our complaints and tried to help, which I appreciated. They got the TV sound working again by changing the battery, added bottled water, and gave us extra sugar and Boncafe, though there was no creamer. A technician had promised to replace the portable weighing machine but never did. The big TV sound and the machine had both been faulty. Our room was nice and spacious, and we were very happy with the staff. The amenities and drinks in the room were a bit sparse. There was no buffet for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which felt like a shame. The best food I tried was the chicken wings at Connors coffer house with its distinctive chili sauce, RM27 for five pieces. The Chinese restaurant looked empty when I saw it at 6:45 pm, so we drove to OY Happy kopitiam to eat. We also went out for coffee and teh tarik. I didn't want to have a drink at Uncle cafe because I saw a cat lying on the chairs. I have asthma and am sensitive to cat hair. Thanks to everyone at the hotel, and have a good day.

Much of the hotel was in disrepair, which took away from its appearance. But Vivian was wonderful during the wedding. She handled unexpected situations smoothly, organized everything well, and made me feel secure having her by my side. Five stars for her service.

We were here for a Wedding Dinner event, and the location worked perfectly. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help. Our room had a lovely design, was modern and spotless, and had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end and will return on our next trip. I'd highly recommend it for a top-tier experience.

The main drawback is food. There's no breakfast or lunch on site, and room service runs only from 4 to 10 pm with limited choices. Given the location, you'll need to drive out to eat, and there aren't many options. If you don't need room service or food at the hotel, I recommend it for a short stay. The facilities are great. My room was big, clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed on a weekday, though some reviews mention loud music. If possible, choose a room farther from the lift. The gym was nice and had plenty of equipment.
2/10
They weren't ready for me when I arrived and checked in at 4:15 pm. The room itself was spacious and came with great amenities, complimentary soda, nuts, and pillow freshener. The infotainment was awful: the remote barely worked, and a technical issue meant I could watch satellite TV only, not movies.
