We felt the stay was well worth the cost. The location worked really well, and everyone we met was kind and helpful. Even the security guard went out of his way to carry our bags. Many thanks to Ms Celine Ng and Ms Mastura.

The one thing I wasn’t keen on was the view outside, since there wasn’t much to look at. Inside, though, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Room service was quick and efficient, and breakfast was delicious, with kind, attentive staff in the dining area. The front desk team were especially welcoming and helpful, and I had a pleasant stay.

Getting around was easy from this hotel, with Melaka attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were warm and attentive, from reception through housekeeping, and Ms. Tara deserves special thanks. My Deluxe King Room was a little dusty at check-in, but she apologized and arranged an upgrade promptly and without hassle. The new room was spacious, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. The air-conditioning was cool and quiet, the bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and quality toiletries were provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though more choices would improve it. I also found the bed firmer than I prefer, which affected my comfort a bit. Parking is paid, and I think it would be better if the hotel provided it for guests. Still, I had an excellent stay and appreciated Ms. Tara’s hospitality. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, clean place in a convenient part of Melaka.

We came back after four years because our first visit had been so good. This time the breakfast spread was still great, with lots of options and a nice dessert table, although plates weren’t cleared quickly. The room was spacious and the water pump worked well, but the TV channels were slow and kept cutting out. There wasn’t a fridge when we arrived, so we had to ask reception to send one up. Management messaged to ask if we wanted housekeeping, I said yes, but when we got back from town at 7pm the room still hadn’t been serviced. These issues could be improved.
