The Bagan Suite

The surroundings were quiet and convenient, and the basic facilities were enough for us. My room at Bagan Suite Hotel was clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay. This was my second visit, and I had a pleasant time again.

My family parked in a proper sheltered bay for less than five minutes so I could safely get into the car. The car wasn't blocking traffic, and someone stayed inside it the whole time. Even so, security staff wouldn't allow it and dealt with us in an unfriendly, uncompassionate way. I'm staying at the confinement centre upstairs while recovering after childbirth. During confinement, I shouldn't be exposed to wind, rain, or cold air. I understand security staff have a job to do, but management should show more understanding in situations like this, especially for postpartum mothers. Giving someone a few minutes to get safely into a car after childbirth shouldn't be an issue. Rules matter, but so do basic empathy and humanity.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, but I expected better for the price. The ironing area was beside the lift instead of in the corridor, which was inconvenient for rooms farther away. Having it out in public may also feel uncomfortable for women. I was hoping for a more premium feel and better-quality facilities.

Hi Admin, greetings. We stayed at Bagan Suite Hotel on 3 Feb 26 in a standard Family Room. The facilities were good, even if the hotel isn't five-star. There was a small sofa between the fridge and queen-size bed that didn't seem necessary. A table and chair there would be more useful for guests travelling for work. A thick file with information and instructions should also be provided, along with a recommendation paper and an envelope.
