Easystay DPulze 1BR AM Homes at Cyberjaya

It felt like paying for stress instead of rest. People in the neighboring room kept slamming doors and talking loudly, with noise around 2-3 AM and again from about 6 AM. I couldn't sleep all night. If you want peace and a proper rest, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Room 424 may be the worst family room I've seen. The fridge smelled horrible, the dryer didn't work, the bathroom door had gaps, the table was sticky, and the pool was unclean and full of algae. Staff were nice, and the shopping mall has plenty of niche shops, but please fix the in-room services.

I came from far away hoping for a comfortable night, but ended up sleeping in the heat with a very unsatisfactory stay. The hotel didn't tell guests at check-in that TNB had gazetted a schedule for a power outage. After it happened, I called and the front desk said there was a memo in each room. Guests should have been told when checking in. It felt like they cared more about sales and money than customers' comfort, and were willing to deceive people for profit. If I'd known earlier, I would have found another hotel outside the area affected by the TNB repair work.

The biggest convenience is the direct connection to DPulze Mall downstairs, where you can get food, groceries, entertainment and basic needs without going outside. The hotel feels modern and lively, and the rooms have a lot of useful things, including an iron and ironing board, wardrobe, microwave, kettle, cups, utensils, safe, TV and reliable Wi-Fi. It feels almost like a serviced apartment, and the centralized water system keeps the water supply consistent, which is handy for longer stays. This wasn't my first time here, but I ran into the same problem again: the bathroom door doesn't work properly, so shower water pours out through it and makes a mess. Good stay otherwise, though management needs to fix this recurring issue.
