We booked through Agoda expecting air conditioning, but the place we got had none. When we contacted the operator, they wouldn’t respond, so we had to get Agoda involved. Water was also leaking from the ceiling. I’m sure that would violate building codes in some countries. In my opinion, avoid this operator like the plague.

There’s no air conditioning, so during the day you’re stuck with a fan and hoping the cool weather will chill the room.

The lifts made things difficult, even though there were six of them. They kept skipping my floor, and after waiting 30 minutes several times, I had to go down to the ground floor to help my elderly family members get back up. The two extra beds I’d specifically requested were thin and dirty, so nobody could get a decent night’s sleep. The entrance lock was broken, which left me feeling uneasy about security. We also got confusing, inadequate instructions for moving in and finding our way around after arrival. I can’t recommend this property after such an unpleasant stay.

The booking said the room could sleep eight, but once we arrived it was clear the space only suited six. That was disappointing since we’d planned for a larger group. The two extra beds supplied for the additional guests were thin and dirty, and there were no sheets or quilts for them. Trying to sleep without proper bedding in the chilly mountain weather was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a property described as premium.
