The mountain scenery and natural surroundings are beautiful, and the price feels fair for what you get. Parking is plentiful and easy to navigate, though clearer signs to the hotel lobby would help, even after reaching the 12th floor. The counter and reception staff who handled check-in were especially helpful, and the location deserves credit for its views. It was a memorable visit, but the hotel hasn’t lived up to its claim of being five-star yet. I’d rather see it describe itself as three or four stars and meet those expectations. There’s plenty to improve, and I hope it gets there. All the best.

Being in the same block as the Hard Rock Cafe was handy, and the Wi-Fi stayed strong and stable throughout my stay. I also liked that I could use the facilities shared with Wyndham Ion Majestic, including the breakfast restaurant and carpark, while paying a lower rate. The room was spotless, well equipped, and had a modern, consistent design like Wyndham Ion Majestic. The amenities felt complete and good quality for the price. Staff were welcoming and very friendly, and greeted me with a drink and a hot towel. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and thought it was great value. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The room was a good fit for two adults and two kids, and I’d give its cleanliness 9/10. The lifts were also good, 9/10. The wading pool was fun, though the water stayed cloudy and the slippery floor needs extra care, especially with children. I’d rate the pool 6/10. Free parking is available after validating at the counter before leaving. As a breastfeeding mom, I looked for a feeding room near the breakfast buffet. A female staff member said there wasn’t one, so I went to the women’s bathroom to feed my baby. Across from the toilet I spotted a nursing room and was glad to find it, but a man was inside refilling a basket. It smelled of chemicals and was messy, apparently being used as a storeroom or housekeeping room. I ended up feeding my baby in the toilet. I didn’t get a chance to see the cloud. The breakfast menu looked great, but the taste was only 2/10. There are no restaurants nearby, just more expensive cafes, so I’d suggest driving to skyworld or Gohtong Jaya to eat. Staff were informative, but not friendly. I’d give the hotel 5/10. Try it once and decide about a second visit. I might return to Signata in about two years 😉

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. They made check-in and checkout smooth, and special thanks to Anisha. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient and the facilities were good. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

For a quick break from KL, this hotel does the job at this price. The breakfast spread was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Anisah at the front desk handled guests and check-in really well. Nothing to complain about, and I’ll be back soon.
