The walls are pretty thin, so this isn't a good spot for light sleepers or people with chronic migraines. That might be common in older buildings, but the noise was the one real downside. Otherwise the rooms were clean, the staff attentive and the facilities comfortable. Everything else met expectations for the price, with a convenient location, plenty of free parking and fairly complete facilities. No complaints beyond the noise.

After a tiring day of work, I slept well in the okay king-size bed. The room was clean and quiet, with simple, modern furnishings, and the price was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even called to ask when I expected to check in. I'd come back if I'm in Penang again.

The room was very nice, with good facilities, a comfy bed and pillow, and air conditioning that ran quietly. I booked a deluxe room, and it was great value for money. The people there were very polite, and the guard was good too. It's away from the busy street but easy to reach from the road. I'll stay here again next time!

There’s a convenience store and a restaurant about a 5-10 minute walk away. My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and comfortable, and there’s plenty of private parking. Staff, including the security guards, were friendly and helpful. You can ask to have an iron and ironing board brought to your room. Check-in requires a RM100 deposit in cash or by credit or debit card, returned at checkout.

The quiet atmosphere was what I liked most, and everything in the room was clean. The AC worked well, and I appreciated having a small refrigerator and coffee maker. It was my first stay here. We booked for three people and got one double bed plus an extra bed, rather than a single, so one of us had to sleep below the other two. The room and bathroom were both very small, but I think I’d come back.
