Heliconia by Treebridge

The location in town made it easy to reach food, shops, and key attractions, and the stay was excellent value. Staff were professional and friendly throughout, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with an excellent bed for a good night’s sleep. I’d definitely stay at Heliconia Hotel in Penang Island again.

Christopper Richard made early check-in easy and was a wonderful, caring coordinator. He also gave us a bunch of discount vouchers for attractions and restaurants. The Treebridge unit at Jalan bungah paradise hotel was cheap and good for a decent stay. Its outdoor pool is awesome and very close to the sea. We swam in the sea from morning until afternoon, then used the pool. The room had a quality bed, decent furniture, aircon, fridge, TV, wardrobe, iron box, hair dryer, dining table, and sofa. The two sea-view balconies were top notch. If I come to Penang again, he’s the man I’ll contact. Regards, Gokul.

The staff were friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived. The room was spotless and cozy, with plenty of space, fast Wi-Fi, and a really comfortable bed. Great location too. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
