Hotel 163 Penang

The breakfast had lots of choice and was fantastic. Zul was especially friendly and helpful, and Lia made great omelets. We also liked cooling off in the pool after sightseeing, with its lovely view. Our room was spacious and clean, with a safe and refrigerator. Check-in was easy, and the reception staff member was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. The hotel is beautiful and well located. We’d definitely stay again.

Loved the breakfast buffet and its view, and the staff were attentive. The hotel smells really nice indoors, too. The rooftop pool is small but has great views. The gym is very basic, really just for toning, not building muscle. Music from nearby bars can make nights loud. Still, it’s a fantastic hotel and good value. I’d stay again, 5/5.

We held a training program here and were very happy with the service. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well cared for, and parking felt safe and was convenient. The chef adjusted the delicious food and menu to suit our needs, which we appreciated. F&B staff were attentive, friendly, quick to respond, and handled our requests efficiently. Highly recommended.

Zul was very helpful, and Chef Mohammad made breakfast a great experience. We really enjoyed our time at OZO. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well staffed, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and well maintained, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well. Our only issue was the sink and shower, which seemed to clog easily.
